Mark, an ex Physical Training Instructor in the RAF has also spent around fifteen years within the commercial insurance sector and is still a keen and active sportsman. Kitesurfing, golf, tennis and squash are high on the agenda when time permits.

Sheila also shares her husband’s passion for sport although prefers to keep her feet on the ground when it comes to kitesurfing. With so much experience heading administrative teams in the past, she is now enjoying the flexibility of running her own company.

Following several years of running Active Pursuits as a company providing tailor made activity days in the corporate sector, they took advantage of a gap in the market to provide a ‘one stop’ directory for all activities everywhere in the UK.
